About Us And Our Passion For Happy Healthy Pups
Along the journey we started to notice that our dogs were always extra excited and leaps more satisfied when we made any activity feel like an adventure. New parts of the neighborhood they had never sniffed. Grassy wetlands that they had never explored. Dog friendly areas - in and around San Diego County - that they had never visited.
That said, we know it is not always easy nor convenient to carve out time from busy lives to be completely available for our pets. It can be a really challenging endeavor.
Pups Love Fun takes these learnings to heart to provide our clients and their pets with our Best Day values in safe environments with attention to detail. Always positive. Always patient. Always loving. And as a local business operated by someone born and raised in San Diego not only do clients get customized care they also get local perspective. We promise to treat every client and their pet with respect. Our goal is happy tails and healthy dogs!
We began building our pack almost 15 years ago and fell in love with not only our dogs and the relationship we shared with them, but all dogs, and how each dog is deserving of a loving home. After adopting every foster we invited into our house we became really good at walking our six pack around the neighborhood. Quite the sight for sure.
Which is essentially the origin story of Pups Love Fun... everyone asking if I was a professional dog walker.
Walks have lots of variables: squirrels, cats, cars, children, skateboards... other dogs. Sometimes fun. Sometimes chaotic.
These events have an energetic trajectory that requires situational awareness and the ability to provide calm leadership while coordinating an enjoyable walk. Every dog's personality is a mixture of learned behavior and their own unique traits - we embrace that as a philosophy of appreciation and patience.
